Only if you use another version of python, 3.5.4 does not work, and 3.7 does not work unless if you use @marda33 's edited version of funcil.py,

It’s in your “msn-server” folder.

do you have vmware or virtualbox open?

Did you create the database and set up PYTHONPATH properly?
Please use the master branch from the server repo instead. That feature/wlm2009 branch has been outdated by a year (and also it might have bugs that I fixed when stuff got merged to the master branch).
