What was your os (When you were a kid)

It was Windows XP with Service Pack 3. I’ve been adding to the PC since. It now has Windows 7 Enterprise!

My home computer had Windows XP
Then when I had 11 years old, I got my laptop (Acer Aspire 4530, with 2gb ram, CPU AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core QL-62 2.0GHz, GPU Nvidia Geforce 9100 G 256MB VRAM), with Windows Vista Home Premium. Years later I installed Windows 7 Ultimate on the same, which is the OS I uses nowadays.

Windows XP a Fujitsu (Scaleo P)

I had A lenovo thinkcentre that had xp professional and it had the royale theme the i upgraded that computer in 2017 to 8.1 until the motherboard got rekt BUT in 2018 i got a used computer (btw is my main pc) with 7 ultimate and i upgraded to 10

i remember when i have a old HP, that i got lucky which i got the best system. WINDOWS XP.

Complete history for me:

2010-2013 - Windows 7 or Vista (i don’t remember) on a Lenovo laptop (Water Damaged)
2014-2016 - Windows XP on an HP computer (Gave away)
2016-2018 - Windows 7 on an CCE Win laptop (EVERYTHING DIED)
2018-2019 - Windows 7 and later XP on a Positivo Mobile laptop (Dead motherboard)
2019-2021 - Windows 7, XP, 8.1 and later Linux on a Qbex PC (Dead motherboard)
2021-2022 - Ubuntu Unity 20.04 on a Lenovo Ideapad S145 (Dead motherboard due to terrible aftermarket charger)
2022-2023 - Windows 10 and later 11 on another Lenovo Ideapad S145, that still works today, though belongs to my sister

And finally
2023-Present - Linux Mint on a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E430 (will publish dedicated thread as soon as i have time)
