Running escargot on xp

Problem description:Runs fine and connects on Windows 10, but not Windows XP

Error code/error message:0x81000370

What has been tried so far: doing the manual patch method, still does not work.

Messenger version:6.2

Windows version:Windows XP Professional SP3
