Make sure WLM is installed properly, is running and is signed in.
After checking try restarting the program

Depends when the COM Messenger libary was introduced.
It probably won’t. 5.0+ only I think. Thes is why 1 reason I liked an online version for compatibility.

Well the only custom theme i can know of is the wlm 2009 one but i just wanted to try one.
I won’t really add him like he has caps just to get attention and he fucked the public contact list just by typing ‘hello’ on language.
