Weirdly, MSNP14 Downgrader can’t really bind to port 1863. I’m using it to use MSN 8.0 BETA, as I’ve seen it CAN work here.
I got the program through this topic here, and patched it by the 8th and 9th post. It was posted on 2017, is it why it’s not working? Here’s a screenshot.
Is it just a used port?
You dont need to use a Downgrader, you just need to manual patch MSN 8.0 Beta

Just extract it somewhere. it should work fine
