its was just an IE frame, also.
The UI was very buggy when using the newer version of Windows and most stuff are missing, plus its can also freeze too.
And to get this, Try the iso, go to MSNSetup\Compnts
then install coreui.exe and now search MSN Program Viewer and done.
when its goes not responding its showing this weird shit that always stay on screen, likely supposed to be Active Desktop or something…
That isn’t the real MSN Explorer and it Works in Windows 10 perfectly. It’s still getting updated and MG doesn’t work with it anymore. I’m subscribed to it and the real MSN Explorer is shown in the original post…
