I’m not sure if it was possible to change the profile picture in MSN Explorer 6-7. I’m pretty sure its possible in Explorer 8. Here is my depiction of what it might’ve looked like in the login screen of Explorer 6-7

welp its ez just connect to lan and youtube still supports the ie (internet explorer) version! you may also use the msn internet access iso from internet archive

I have MSN Explorer and it’s basically a MSN Premium control panel with a browser based in IE 11 and some extras, it doesn’t support full screen. Also, you can create @msn.com e-mail accounts from there.
