You do realize WLM 2009 uses MSNP18, right? MSNP15 is WLM 8.1 and 8.5, and MSNP16 is the WLM 9 beta.

What do you expect, its not like this place has dozens and dozens of people working, more like a few, and people cant work on these things 24/7 especially with a small team.
