Is there any way to bring back MSN TVs servers?

So it’s me, again, and I’m wondering if there is a way to bring back one of MSNs services, MSN TV as it used MSNs services back then. If there isn’t that’s fine. Just wondering.

Already exists:

Person that’s developing it is aiming to make the server compatible with both emulators and real boxes, too. You’ll ask to email/PM the guy I just linked for an invite though to be able to use it (preferably email).
