the best solution right now would be to install the official windows client through wine (something like crossover)
Messenger for Mac 8 works, I just have to fix something on the server to publicly announce it with the patcher.

1-2 days? Maybe even today. I sent the patcher out for supporters for preliminary testing and it works but there’s some major bugs like not being able to add anyone. Gonna try to fix that before making it public

im assuming the last macos release that runs wlm for mac 8 is either high sierra or mojave?
That’s the only reason i want to use old Mac OS X
after little try with alt account, i got it working
(mac messanger was freaking out, had to reinstall)

escargot had some OSX setup patcher back then, Animadoria did it back then, and i think i was running like 10.5 leopard, /w vmware
