Somewhat OT, but I’ve setup many machines in the last few years where I’ve opened up (pre-Chrome) Edge on a new install, only to be hit with a Microsoft tech support scam popup. Checking the history shows it came from a Bing ad. I admit I haven’t seen this recently, but I haven’t had to setup any machines lately either.

I do wonder what would happen if these ad companies were forced to take responsibility for the ads on their platform.

cant right now but its was a paid porn ads, you have to become a member to view it.
