Writing a MSNP client or server?
Tried reading MSNPiki or a fork of it and got stuck trying to find information?
yellows’ MSNP wiki is a alternative to MSNPiki that aims for more complete documentation rather than leaving pages be stubbed.
Features:
- FULL command documentation up to MSNP16 with examples.
- Examples of commands considered obscure, such as SBS and RFS.
- XML service pages with element descriptions and request/response examples.
- Otherwise unknown features shown! (LKP Migrations, NOTs for subscription changes and formatting)

Pages planned:
- More complete SchematizedStore reference. Finding it hard to get a CreateProfile request.
- MSNP16 protocol page with WORKING login example. This would also include the needed MPOP changes for older commands.
- Contact card service? Only really exists between 7 and 8 anyway.
- RST2 (no SP800108 for now though). This is needed for MSNP17+, so it will be after MSNP16 is considered documented.
What I want:
- A SLCA certificate (Check your certmgr.msc for a Token Signing Public Key-issued Personal certificate).
These were last seen 5 years ago, and I haven’t seen RST2 generate them since.
