Can you import other scripts? Say, [RELEASE] Capitaliser v2.0 or Web Status?
If you have the same problem with those, you may want to check the permissions on the C:\Program Files (x86)\Messenger Plus! Live\Scripts folder to see if you have permissions to be able to write there. If not, you will want to add your Windows user to the permissions of the Scripts folder with Full control.
