WLM not compatible with Windows Live Essentials?

Hello there. I have quite a serious problem with Escargot WLM 2009 and Windows Live Essentials 2012, it seems like they’re not compatible. All i wanted was Movie Maker but it seems like WLM can’t install into the Windows Live directory on C:…
Any suggestions?

I had the same issue with Windows Live Essentials 2009. Because it comes with WLM 09’ it is the old one that Microsoft would have supported back in the day. You have to completely uninstall Essentials then you are able to install WLM from Escargot
