Windows Live Messenger 2009 crashes when it’s patched with RUN_AFTER_INSTALL.exe (the application Escargot includes to patch MSN). I tried restarting my internet, reinstalling WLM, removing Messenger Plus! Live, even RESTARTING MY COMPUTER, but nothing worked. It used to work, is it a new bug or something? How do I fix it?

For me, after installing Messenger Plus, it BSOD’d my PC. That’s why I downgraded my Lenovo to Windows 10.
