My msn messenger 7.5 does not have the tabs showing up on my windows xp service pack 3 machine

If you started using MSN 7.5 recently on this machine, it is normal, after a few days they appear (at least for me it was so).
seemed to appear as soon as i logged on.
well Its been at least a month and they still have not shown up yet
