Windows XP but Windows 98 theme - Windows XP-98

I decided to make a Windows XP copy that looks like Windows 98 theme. Some components are removed and 98 theme added. I hope this is not sucks.

Removal reason:98 has some removed components and does not include Movie Maker and others. (Games are excluded for this.)
