Try installing 4.6.0071 and editing the registry keys.
However you need to check “old msn support” for your account to work.

no need to install that!
ok so i dont have other then an english version goto C:\Program Files\Messenger and delete the original Windows Messenger exe file .and download this and and unzip it on your desktop. then right click and " recorte" it and “colar em” in the windows messenger program files folder
