does anyone have a pre patched copy of windows messenger 4.7 because i cannot patch it manually it is confusing

After you install Messenger, you have to download this thing and run the .reg file, then open MSN.

Windows Messenger 4.7 only worked with with the escargot pogram but its discutinued
