hi @ErensWorld. have you tired to see this error message? well no problem. this is can work with windows vista/7/8.1/10/11 i’ll help you to see the following steps:
1.right-click on computer and select properties
2.click advanced system settings when the systems properties open up. click advanced
3.click settings from, Performance
4.when Performance Options open up. click Data Execution Prevention
5.click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those i select:
6.click the add…
7.find the programs is called msnmsgr the locations founded: C:/Programs files (x86)/windows live/Messenger/Msnmsgr.exe
8.if you don’t find the msnmsgr.exe scorll down and you’ll see the programs callled msnmsgr.exe now click Open and click apply from Performace Options and click OK
now restart your PC and open windows live messenger. it should be work now. please let me know if this works

2.search the program is called cmd
3.right-click and select Run as administrator
4.when command prompt is open up. copy this: bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
now restart your PC and try to fix windows live messenger. here’s the following steps for 3 days ago.
It’s really not easy to debug these crashes without physical access (and even then). However, seeing the problem details (see button in the crash dialog) can be a good starting point at least.
