When you mean “talk”. Do you mean chatting or voice chatting?
If you mean Chatting. try to reinstall WLM 8.5.
If you mean Voice Chatting. That isn’t implemented yet, the team is still on working with WLM 2009 circles.

What does VC have to do with Circles tho?
i think he meant that the team is too busy with WLM’09 to work on VC
