iirc everytime this exact error code is brought up the solution is almost always to install contacts.msi if your messenger server has it
This is clearly a ERROR_INTERNET_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED though.
I think your patch is broken or is old.

Im used Latest Escargot patcher. Maybe patcher is not compabilite with Win7 Kernel/NT
