According to this site: How to debomb Windows 10/Server 2016 betas - Computernewb Wiki it is possible to debomb old RTM beta builds of Win10 9841 to 14357.1000 (download links for their debombed ISO’s exist too)

Very unstable - it is struggling to install my AMD Display Driver, lol

it shouldn’t be used on new PCs despite it maybe working with 8.1 drivers
