This week has just been so busy I haven’t had time to get back to isolating the actual cause.

maybe cuz he prefer the xmas theme, i can use it now if i want, just go to theme settings and apply xmas theme
Snow at 12 of oct? 
I managed to isolate at least part of the cause of the problem and deploy a workaround. So the snow is back!
