Do you have Windows Live Mail open?
(You can see this in your Connection Log if you see a unwarranted CHL request from the client, and the QRY request contains PROD0038W!61ZTF9.)
If so, this is a known issue.
nope i ABSOLUTELY dont use live mail
Just a reminder, the issue I’m thinking you may have is that you login, you can see your contact list, but then you immediately log off with a server error (on “Trying to reconnect” screen). This usually means an invalid command (or what it assumes is invalid) was sent to the server.
You can always check the last few CMNSConnection::OnNetMsg and CMNSConnection::SendNetMsg lines in the connection log (Options → Connection → Advanced settings → Save a log of my connection to my system.) to see what such a problem might of been.
