My favorite was Animaniacs, the old SpongeBob SquarePants (from 1999), Oh Yeah! Cartoons (you may not heard of it, which is a show on Nicktoons, similar to Random! Cartoons), Cow and Chicken, Johnny Bravo, Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Pokemon: Indigo League

Mine was definitely Animaniacs, loved Rita & Runt, along with Buttons & Mindy, and Slappy & Skippy
I also liked Rugrats, Histeria! and Tiny Toon Adventures
But my fave will ALWAYS be Animaniacs
