Personally, mine is instant messaging, as texting is its own problem (Source: Had to text family members on occasion. It was painful, to say the least), and VoIP isn’t necessary all the time for my cases. :stuck_out_tongue:

i just prefer using DM’ing through Discord and Skype since most of my friends don’t even use SMS or IM that much and because of that i almost never activate my phone with a plan.

I just use Discord to communicate with friends, since that’s what all my online friends use and I barely have any IRL friends (sad sad, I know). Plus I prefer it to other social media or texting.

I do use IM occasionally, including DMing in that case. :stuck_out_tongue:

Where is telegram? :stuck_out_tongue:

I said platform, not software. Telegram I think counts as software with a DMing platform, unless it isn’t for dedicated group chats.

telegram is a instant messenger
