Look at this, is strange. 
It appears to be a HTML glitch or just the forum accidentally loading the wrong information. Leading to what appears to be a database of usernames, IDs and PFPs. No passwords, thankfully.
This is actually json, you can deliberately get this for any page just by adding .json to the link.

Are there any steps to make the original problem happen or was just it random?
