WAP Windows Live Messenger Revival?

There was a version of Live Messenger for WAP and Mobile Phones

This Forum Thread contains some dead links that i think they exist on the wayback machine

Also a WAP version was in this link mobile.msn.com and mim.live.com

And also this Italian Wikipedia page contains some dead link for mobile versions of desktop live applications Windows Live Mobile - Wikipedia

If you have never used it, WAP is extremely lightweight, all the code and that made this work was in the server and would exist only in the deep archives in Redmond.

Also, as someone who used both WAP and SMS to access Messenger when that was in vogue, these interfaces were very limited (literally lists of text) and wouldn’t even be worth reviving in their original form.
