hello everybody. are you bored with your stupid default theme in your ICQ? well im here to help you! by showing you a tutorial of how to get themes in ICQ!! 
CHAPTER 1: getting the theme in the website.
STEP 1:
go to murb.com, then icq-special, then downloads
STEP 2:
click on skins
!!! IMPORTANT !!!
you must have ICQ 5.0, 5.1 or 6.5 installed to access theese themes.
STEP 3:
choose the version you have.
STEP 4:
choose what theme do you like!
STEP 5:
download it.
CHAPTER 2: installing the theme.
STEP 1:
open it with winrar.
STEP 2:
open the setup file.
STEP 3:
you must install.
STEP 4:
when you installed. press okay
CHAPTER 3 (final chapter): trying out the theme
STEP 1:
open ICQ.
STEP 2:
go to settings.
STEP 3:
click on tweak my ICQ
STEP 4:
click on skins
STEP 5:
click on the theme you had installed.
STEP 6:
press OK.
congratulations! you got a theme in your ICQ!
BONUS THING:
if you want to make a theme by yourself, install skinbuilder in murb.com.
