Hello. I want to make my laptop (legion y540) look more 2000s-ish, i mean how to make windows look maybe like vista or xp idk or vm i dont know what is better, and others. In brief, just to make mynew laptop more 2000s-ish

If you are still looking to make it look like a 2000s laptop… Well it is actually way harder than expected, but you would have to get some stuff changed (like putting the mouse circle and using different plastic of the keys and getting a custom plastic design (with right cm³) to manage to do that. Might be kinda expensive as well
For the explorer the best you can get is from Windows 7 AFAIK
change the cursor to the xp/vista one there are tutorials on the internet
