funniest thing that x2 i can’t get this prefix
It’s “Regular” but localized into Russian, and it’s the user’s preference when setting the title for themselves, so it shows up for everyone.
I like to see the different languages like that 
(I just hope it’s translated properly.)
Based on a quick look, you almost have all the regular requirements again.

still not
