why there is a error message on the red titles? the error message it says There was an error retrieving your purchase history. please sign out and try again later. i just want to join. have anyone seeing to fix this? please help. i’m stuck big time and i tired to see it.

I’m not sure if this is helpful at all, but was on my Microsoft account’s order history the other day, although it took ages to load everything, all my old game purchases, apps, DLCs, and hardware purchases were listed. The oldest was 2010.
