I’m wondering if anyone knows if there are Windows Live Spaces/Windows Live Profiles revival. I heard there was one by Escargot, but that domain is dead (https://escargot.live).

I’m not sure Escargot are allowed to store people’s details on a page where other people can see
There was a Escargot-branded “Wordpress” site (for a lack of a better term) thing but it shutdown in 2018-2019.
Sorry this comment is late. You are correct. I joined Escargot in 2018 and what was Initially named ‘Escargot Spaces’, the project didn’t really go anywhere past development stages and was eventually scrapped
