To connect to the (presumably unmaintained) Escargot server, these are usable:
Host (Dispatch Server/Initial Notification Server): ds.escargot.nina.chat
Nexus: https://ds.escargot.nina.chat/rdr/pprdr.asp
Config: http://conf.escargot.chat/Config/MsgrConfig.asmx
