Guys, I found out that Windows Messenger 4.7 (4.7.3001 shown) has tabs too. 
Back in its heyday they where called Microsoft .Net alerts in WM

are you connected to escargot. i used to get a glitch where if i left it idle connected to escargot for about an hour or 2 it would show the tabs button but it would overlap the more button
