Tabs in 4.7.2009

so i have been trying to get tabs working in messenger 4.7 but with no luck. the weird thing is that if i leave it idle for a while the tabs button will appear but when i click it nothing happens and it overlays the more button at the bottom of the screen

Those tabs are microsoft NET alerts and they dont work :stuck_out_tongue:
