i tried it and its working the link for it (KSkype - Classic Skype) if didnt work on chrome try it on firefox or edge

Download KSkype to your computer - Mac, Windows, Linux� -�� KSkype open it from firefox not google chrome
Or from edge,basically not a revival but a really nice web wrapper
yup i like the old ringtone-and the old theme that skype 8 ruined it for no reason
