Personally, I would consider that the problem should be looked into, but the people on the Escargot dev team have more important things to work on (ahem the Yahoo! frontend and OIMs ahem). Besides, the voice call problem is more of a networking issue by itself, which would take extra time to resolve.
Best thing to do in this case is to be patient and let us catch up on the important issues so that we can solve the intricacies later.
