Its been a month since the last time i upload the screenshot of my winxp vm. sadly i lost the one from that image so i made a new one, i also got MSN Messenger working by installing all updates of winXP i could find on legacy Updates

its because IE cannot open escargot.chat (maybe because i have SSL disabled or somethin)
Well, legacy Escargot has been in some issues in my phone, but you can add Escargot to the trusted websites at the settings

i tried that. but i still get the error that cannot display the webpage (i use IE 8 with TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 active)

1- use anaconda to create an isolated environment to run the server Download Anaconda Distribution | Anaconda
2 - git clone GitHub - real-pmein1/stmsrvemu: Stm Server Emulator or download the zip from the github website
3 - then you can run the commands to create the isolated environment python
conda create --name steamemulator python=3.10
conda activate steamemulator
4 - in the emulator directory run the command pip install -r requirements.txt
5 - Read the README for the next steps 
or run python emulator.py
6 - I recommend using this portable database uniformserver search in google(it comes with the database and the apache server) because you will need a database to record all the steamemu data.
