Yes, you can hack the vWii of a Wii U. You might need homebrew on the Wii U side as well for apps such as Compact vWii Installer.

sadly, you need to install homebrew channel on wii, then use wiilink patcher to patch wc24 bc original service is gone a long time ago.

ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO IS USING DOLPHIN EMULATOR!

If you patched the Wii Mail on WiiLink on Dolphin, it got same as OP’s Wii Number
MINE IS SAME AS THE OP!
But you can get a different Wii Number, but kinda rare, or replacing Dolphin’s NAND that from your Wii.
