It always refers to a driver and it’s always my Vega 8 GFX causing it, no matter if I update the driver: AMD WILL STILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW ME OVER
If it was Windows, then Microsoft would just give 2 middle fingers and give me a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD or just Brick my machine

My version of Windows 10 is Build 1909
The Windows 10 version is not the build you are using, and the version interpreted as a build would probably be a Windows 2000 Beta 2 build.
Do you realize he means Windows 10’s November 2019 update?
I do, The version number and build number are not the same, I get pissed off when someone says the version number as a build number.

apache can host a webdav server, check tuts online
