It’s called “Islander Aquatic”. I picked up the Windows XP themes section of the AVG TuneUp PC website (you need this program to install the theme).

That’s like my desktop, I have a bunch of bloatware shortcuts on there that I can’t move because apparently I have to be an administrator to delete them. It’s frustrating because they take up loads space and they are really annoying.
