Isnāt Games for Windows Live using the Xbox 360 services? I remember playing GTA IV from a shared library on steam, i could still log just fine into GFWL, although it only shows the people i have as friend in Xbox 360, but not on Xbox One/Windows 10.
I think the marketplace for PC is pretty much dead. Any attempts to get into the marketplace will simply fail i think. I had GFWL installed in my machine previously, it simply does not have any funcionality.
