I don’t have a compatible graphics card for Dell Optiplex GX520.
I need a GPU that’s capable of Windows Aero with no lag at all.

It doesn’t have a PCI-E or PCI x16 slot, it has a Pentium 4, not sure which model tho, but it meets the minimum requirements for Aero.
Just looking at the user guide, it looks like it’s PCI-E x1. I admit I expecting it to be AGP.
This probably doesn’t help much, but the card I used at the time the GX520 was in service was the Radeon X1650. There’s probably quite a few options that would work though, as long as they have Vista/WDDM 1.0 drivers and there’s enough power from the PSU to run them.
I found one that has 1 GB Video RAM, supports DirectX 11, and is compatible with Windows 7, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
It’s called HIS ATI Radeon HD 5450 Silence.
