They make the emoticon sound feature for Messenger Plus work again. However the one for Plus 3 on the site was made before a new patch and sound servers were made and @TReKiE shut the servers down for the other one (FYI he developed it). The Plus Live one still works but I removed it as it was only the DLL that was offered and I worried about people not knowing what to do with it.
