Hello, so I’ve been trying to log in, in Windows 7 enterprise and it showed this error.
I’ve used enhanox troubleshooter and it says it is the ping test, here is the log
And finally in connection options it says I’m not connected to .NET messenger services.

It seems that someone else here is having a similar problem, but they seem to be able to ping Escargot, while your system seems to have been unable to ping the server, however, both seem to be on Windows 7, but with different Messenger versions.
Try checking your Internet connection settings.
