I don’t think it’s able to connect to Escargot, so no.

On GitLab one of developer of escargot add “msnp21 supports (login only)”. And on stats msn 15 send-0 and received-0! user just logined to his account.

It must be a troll, I know it can’t connect.

Where is this? I’m keeping up with Escargot dev activity but I’ve not seen anything like that.
