On my ever-growing search for ways to themeing Windows, I found about this fairly recent project that completely themes Windows 10 1809 (aka LTSC 2019) to look 1-1 like Windows 7, and as the title says, no WindowBlinds need!
It’s using the old Glass8+, which still works in 1809 so no weird window titlebars either.
