btw about the friendproject spacehey is better, its just like myspace but with different name https://spacehey.com/
Friend project is more accurate to 2008-2010 Myspace and even borrows some things from the original Myspace. SpaceHey on the other hand is trying to copy Myspace 2004-2008 while also doing its own thing. The original Myspace did not have threaded comments on profiles or blue Twitter checkmarks like SpaceHey does which is stupid and SpaceHey is kind of a joke because it is ran by a Gen Z who never experienced it yet they are all nostalgic for it LOL.

How would you know that? you never used Myspace LOL the people who used Myspace are those who were in middle school high school and college during the 2000s. Also the reason i say that is because the creator claims to miss it despite being born in 2003.
They probably miss the old school/ugly/nostalgic style.

It actually is more accurate though. FriendProject is an ugly mis-mash of 2003-2006 and 2009-2010, whereas SpaceHey is more straightforward imitating 2007-2008. If you look at archives you can clearly see SpaceHey is closer, although creative freedom has been taken in some aspects.

2003page shouldn’t even be brought up, the history of that site is just “two kids try to make a site using outdated software in May 2019, many drama later, one quits and the other drags the site until it was closed in circa February 2021”, uninteresting history.
Retrosite is just jarhead’s sandbox, so that shouldn’t be brought up as well.
